Project Management

We think our interactive project managers are the best in the biz.  They’re organizational whizzes, open communicators, and lighting fast on returning calls and emails.  They will dazzle you with their vast knowledge of development, design and strategy.  And their dedication to deadlines and budgets is rivaled only by their zeal for developing strong client relationships.

Reef Light Interactive’s project managers know the value of developing strong client relationships: it’s the basis of any successful marketing project.

Project Management

Our marketing project managers are your dedicated resource throughout the span of your project.  They’re responsible for leading meetings, coordinating resources, communicating with clients, adhering to budgets, ensuring deadlines are met, and delivering a successful project.

Reef Light’s project management team will keep you current on your project’s status via Basecamp, an online PM tool which hosts timelines, deliverables and action items in one central location.  You’ll be able to ask and answer questions, and get updates and progress reports anytime, anywhere.

Don’t worry about your marketing project’s status, timeline or budget again.  With RLI, project management in DC has never been easier.

We've had the pleasure of working on Project Management with the following clients:

United Nations Environment Program (UNEP)

Established in 1988 as part of the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) and in conjunction with the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) mission is to provide the world’s governments with clear scientific assessments of the state of the global climate; the impacts of any human-induced change, both social and economic; and potential response strategies.

National Association of Postal Supervisors (NAPS)

It was in 1908 that 50 postal supervisors from 13 states got together in Louisville, KY to form an association to promote the welfare of supervisors, and the improvement of the United States Post Office Department. Now an established management association with statutory rights, NAPS represents over 32,000 active and retired supervisors, managers, and postmasters from its headquarters in Alexandria, VA and more than 320 branches across the nation.

Conquest Tactics

Conquest Tactics is a strategy trading card game based on the fantasy genre. The game takes place in a battlefield environment, with players selecting their troops, arming them with spells, skills, and equipment with which they wage war, attacking or defending as appropriate. Strategic troop upgrades, alternative play circumstances, and resources known as Tactical Points are available to contenders in their roles as commanders, deck builders, and card players in their quest for victory.

Professional Services Network

The nation’s leader in healthcare accreditation, Professional Services Network, Inc., had a website that was functional but lacked the contemporary feel necessary for them to be competitive in today’s tough business world. Working with PSN’s senior leadership, Reef Light Interactive strategized how a new website would be easier for the user to navigate, develop more business leads, and increase overall corporate exposure.

Paralyzed Veterans of America

Applying the unique expertise it has garnered through its work with thousands of members, PVA seeks to be the foremost advocate for the quality of their healthcare, to maximize legitimate benefits accruing from their military service, and to highlight civil rights and opportunities that may enhance their independence.

Element River

An emerging provider of development expertise in Rich Internet Applications (RIA), ElementRiver was launched in 2009.  The company focuses on the growing adoption by enterprises of Flex – a program which generates scanners that recognize lexical patterns contained in text - providing an open source platform for the program and associated consultancy services.

Paralyzed Veterans Golf Open

In 2007, as part of its broad range of services dedicated to building better lives for its members, Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) inaugurated the Paralyzed Veterans Rehabilitation Program which has since helped hundreds of veterans with spinal cord injury into work through training, support and relationships established with many employers throughout the nation.
